We recently moved into a new house and the temporary blinds weren't cutting it anymore, so we decided it was time for real window coverings. We found Konzept Automation online - we came to the showroom to get a better idea of what product we wanted in our home. Because we were starting from scratch, Alex was really patient with us. He explained the different options we had, showed us multiple styles within our budget. In the end, we decided to do shutters throughout, it was the best decision we could have made. We absolutely love how they look in our home. Our overall experience with Konzept Automation was excellent. We are happy with the customer service, the install, and look of the product. We couldn't be happier.
