This was our second time working with Konzept Automation. The first time was 4 years ago when we outfitted our 2-story brand new build with Amazing’s Polywood Shutters. We loved the clean look & their quality was great! A few months ago, we moved into another home which had horizontal blinds on the 2nd floor. We didn’t hesitate to call Alex back to install the same Polywood we had in the last house. Alex and the team have superior customer service. The office was prompt in making an appointment for us, the shutters were delivered an installed in the promised timeline and they keep the rooms as clean as they were before they entered. Alex also guided us through the shutter designs for both homes which had unusually large windows and transoms. I would definitely recommend working with Amazing as their products, quality & customer service is superb!
